- You send us your initial enquiry by e-mail.
- We create a draft design with a pricing guide to reflect the complexity of the project.
- We discuss the ideas with you and then agree a final design as a result of e-mail exchanges.
- We agree a price and delivery date.
- You send a deposit to cover the design work (and the cost of making a casting mould where appropriate).
- On receipt of the piece with an invoice, you pay the balance.
